Marko hints driver swap made with Verstappen future in mind
Red Bull advisor Helmut Marko says the recent driver swap of Liam Lawson and Yuki Tsunoda was made while taking into consideration performance clauses that could allow Max Verstappen to leave the team. Lawson was dropped after just two races with Red Bull, returning to Racing Bulls while Tsunoda finally received a promotion to the senior team at what is the start of his fifth season in Formula 1.
