LIVE: F1 2023 Belgian Grand Prix Sprint Shootout

In Friday's Grand Prix qualifying session, Max Verstappen set the fastest time by some 0.8s, but the Dutchman will start only sixth for Sunday's race after taking a grid penalty for excessive component usage.
