Lewis Hamilton fires ‘noodle legs' warning
Seven-time World Champion Lewis Hamilton has revealed that Formula 1 drivers should avoid doing leg workouts ahead of a Grand Prix weekend, with the Mercedes driver admitting that they'll otherwise be competing with 'noodle legs'. Hamilton is known to have one of the most intense training schedules on the grid, with the 38-year-old often sharing snaps on social media of him either in the gym or out on a run. One thing he doesn't do, though, is train his legs a couple of days before driving his W14, something he's shared the risks of.
