Wolff appointed Executive Fellow at Harvard Business School

Mercedes team boss Toto Wolff has been appointed an Executive Fellow at the Harvard Business School where he will serve as guest lecturer alongside Professor Anita Elberse. Wolff will bring to Harvard his experience in business and his high-performance leadership skills in managing one of Formula 1’s top teams, sharing his insights into organizational culture and personnel effectiveness with the venerable university’s MBA students. Wolff’s appointment follows the Austrian’s collaboration with Harvard Business Professor Anita Elberse who embedded with the Mercedes team in 2021to observe the inner workings of the championship winning outfit, and which resulted in a case study...
