McLaren confirms launch date for 2022 Formula 1 car
McLaren has become the third F1 team to confirm the launch date for its brand-new car with which in intends to tackle the 73rd running of the FIA Formula One World Championship. After Ferrari and Aston Martin confirmed the launch date for their 2022 cars earlier, the Woking-based outfit has also revealed that it will unveil its all-new challenger for the season ahead on February 11. Despite a third place in the constructors' standings in 2020, McLaren was unable to repeat that success last year when it slipped back to fourth place after a season-long battle with Ferrari.
