Tech Draft: F1 PU elements should not decide the title
The 2021 Formula 1 season is now over two thirds complete, and with the battle for the drivers' championship as close as it has been in many years, we would all hope for it to be decided by the driving, and not resource management namely: F1 PU penalties.
