Vettel downbeat with Q3 lap despite breaking into top 10

Will Gray Saturday 1 May 2021 17:11 Sebastian Vettel conceded he did not extract the maximum from his Aston Martin despite reaching Q3 for the first time in 15 races. Vettel has struggled since moving from Ferrari over the winter but pulled out a surprise performance in tricky conditions at Portimão to outqualify team-mate Lance Stroll for the first time.
