Frederic Vasseur: 'Next step will be the biggest' for Leclerc

Alfa Romeo Sauber F1 Team team principal Frederic Vasseur is 'fully convinced' that Charles Leclerc is ready for Formula 1, but says that 'the next step will be the biggest,' for the rookie driver. nineteen-year-old Scuderia Ferrari protégé Leclerc will make his F1 debut in the 2018 season, stepping up from a dominant '17 Formula 2 campaign, in which he comfortably won the championship.  Vasseur believes Leclerc, the first driver from Monaco on the F1 grid since Olivier Beretta in 1994, can deliver for the team this season and 'has a very positive attitude to do the job.'
