Ferrari fire up their 2018 F1 engine

Preseason testing ahead of the 2018 Formula 1 World championship season is fast approaching and Ferrari have fired up the engine that they, Sauber and Haas will be using during the forthcoming season. Ferrari have released, through their Twitter account, a short video (below) of the 063 designated power unit coming to life, a week after their archrivals Mercedes teased fans with their own ‘noise.' According to sources at Maranello the V6 turbo completed the procedure without problems in the presence of engineers who worked on the project. However, neither Sebastian Vettel or Kimi Raikkonen were present, the pair will be at the factory next week for seat fittings and related tasks....
