WATCH: Mayhem on the first lap

here was carnage on the first lap of the Brazilian GP as Daniel Ricciardo, Stoffel Vandoorne, Kevin Magnussen and Esteban Ocon were all involved in collisions. In Vandoorne, Magnussen and Ocon's case, the crashes resulted in early retirements from the penultimate race of the season.
