F1 cars complete surprise late night city demo in Adelaide

A convoy of Formula 1 cars, driven by Supercars drivers, made an unexpected demonstration run through the middle of Adelaide’s CBD late last night. As part of a promotional video shoot for the upcoming Adelaide Motorsport Festival, three F1 cars took to the streets of the South Australian capital last night under police escort. The parade included an ex-Jos Verstappen Arrows A21, a Footwork FA15, and a Benetton B186. There were some star drivers behind the wheel as well, with Sandown 500 winner Cam Waters in the Benetton, while fellow Supercars driver Tim Slade was in the Footwork.
