Force India's Perez upbeat about Singapore prospects

Force India’s Sergio Perez goes to this weekend’s Singapore Grand Prix with his head held high up. Perez has always scored points in the South-East Asian country, with his best result being a pair of seventh places finishes in 2014 and 2015. Given how the VJM10 has performed consistently across tracks of varying characteristics, Perez sees no reason why he can’t pull off another strong finish at the Marina Bay Circuit. “I have been in the points every time I have raced in Singapore and I hope I can extend my record,” he said ahead of the weekend. “Our objective is obviously to score points in Singapore and in all the races to follow.
