Massa gets all-clear to race at Spa after illness

Felipe Massa has been given the all-clear to race in this weekend's Belgian Grand Prix after he withdrew from the last race due to illness. The Williams driver felt sick and dizzy during Friday running and was subsequently replaced by reserve driver Paul di Resta from qualifying onwards. Massa stepped down form his duties in the post-Hungarian GP test, having flown home to recover. Motorsport.com understands he suffered an inner ear issue but following a series of thorough medical checks, he was given the all-clear by his doctors.
