Pérez hopes to settle future pre-Singapore

– Force India driver Sergio Pérez says he hopes to settle his Formula 1 future before the sport begins its sequence of 'flyaway' events in Singapore next month.Pérez, 27, raced for Sauber and McLaren before joining Force India for 2014, and has since emerged as one of the strongest midfield racers.Pérez currently holds seventh position in the Drivers' Championship, equalling his highest-ever placing from 2016, having taken four podiums during his time at Force India.With doors to leading teams still shut, Pérez is expected to remain at Force India into 2018, and explained in Belgium that he hopes the situation is "soon" resolved."I'm quite close," Pérez said...
