Bottas reverts to old Mercedes engine after water leak

Valtteri Bottas will revert to the older specification of Mercedes engine for the rest of the Spanish Grand Prix weekend, after the discovery of a water leak in his new unit on Saturday morning. The Finn had moved on to his second power unit of the season in practice on Friday, with developments to the engine having been made for reliability reasons. But Mercedes discovered an electrical fault with it on Friday night and, in attempting to fix the problem, it used up the first of its curfew jokers.
