'Ferrari still a threat for 2017', says Toto Wolff

Ferrari - Vettel - Raikkonen Mercedes boss Toto Wolff will not discard Ferrari this season despite the Italian outfit's underperformance last year. The Scuderia ended the 2016 season in a winless state, beaten by Mercedes obviously but also by its direct rival Red Bull.
