Hamilton takes commanding victory in Mexico
Mexican Grand Prix – Lewis Hamilton took his fifty-first victory of his Formula One career with a commanding win in Mexico. The race start was a messy affair. While both Lewis Hamilton & Nico Rosberg managed to lead 1-2 into the first corner, Hamilton missed his braking point and locked up into the turn. He needed to run across the grass and missed Turn 2 in order to continue. Nico Rosberg was also in the wars, holding off Max Verstappen but needing to also run across the grass to hold his position. Further back in the field, there was chaos as Esteban Gutierrez's Haas ran into the back of Pascal Wehrlein's Manor. This pitched Wehrlein into the side of Marcus Ericsson, spinning the...
