Hülkenberg to also run halo during practice

– Force India's Nico Hülkenberg will also run with the 'halo' device during Friday's first practice session for the Belgian Grand Prix, a spokesperson has confirmed to GPUpdate.net.The three-pronged halo is the FIA's preferred head protection device, though the introduction of any system has been delayed until 2018, in order to carry out further checks.Hülkenberg will use the halo for an installation lap at Spa-Francorchamps, enabling the FIA to evaluate visibility through steep gradients, such as at the Eau Rouge complex.Hulkenberg joins Mercedes' Nico Rosberg in running the device in FP1.Ferrari drivers Sebastian Vettel and Kimi Räikkönen, along with Red Bull junior Pierre...
