Charles Leclerc's confidence growing with each Haas practice outing
Charles Leclerc says his confidence behind the wheel of a Formula 1 car is growing with each practice outing, to the extent that his GP3 car is beginning to feel alien. The Ferrari-backed driver currently leads the GP3 championship and has been given the opportunity to take part in five practice outings with the Haas team this season, three of which he has already completed. The 18-year-old drove at Silverstone, Budapest and Hockenheim, the latter of which he was just under three-tenths shy of Romain Grosjean in the second Haas car.
