Rosberg says pole lap one of his best ever

Nico Rosberg has declared that his pole position lap today in Hockenheim was one of his best ever. 'Yes for sure, one of my best' he said of his final qualifying effort that ensures he will start tomorrow's German Grand Prix from the front. 'Especially under those circumstances, and as a result also very satisfying.' Those circumstances included that in the final part of qualifying Rosberg had to abandon his first effort due to technical problems. This left him with one run to set his grid place in the top 10, and no one could beat the 1m 14.363 mark that he then set.
