Sainz Jr., Magnussen get grid penalties

– Toro Rosso's Carlos Sainz Jr. and Renault's Kevin Magnussen have both been hit with grid penalties at the European Grand Prix grid following gearbox changes.Both Sainz Jr. and Magnussen swapped their units after Saturday's qualifying session at the Baku City Circuit, meaning they will drop five places on the starting grid.Sainz Jr. had qualified 13th, meaning he drops down to 18th position, while Magnussen finished 21st out of 22 runners in Q1, ahead of only team-mate Jolyon Palmer.Magnussen will start from the pits, however, after futher set-up changes.
