Haryanto: We have made a step up

Rio Haryanto admits Manor Racing have made clear progress in Russia, from their last outing in China, after the Indonesian driver believes back-marker team, Manor are much closer to their rivals.  The Indonesian driver looked to have the edge all weekend over experienced team-mate, Pascal Wehrlein, however the highly experienced Mercedes-linked driver out-qualified Haryanto, where Haryanto believes he could have had a better lap, and he didn't get in a clean lap as a result of traffic.
