Alonso could miss Bahrain GP

Bahrain GP: McLaren driver, Fernando Alonso may be forced to sit out for the Bahrain Grand Prix, after his ‘near-death' incident at the season opening Australian Grand Prix. The Spaniard driver isn't confirmed to race at Bahrain, and a final confirmation will become clear after setup day in Bahrain where Alonso is due a health check-up by the FIA doctors, and they will determine if the double world champion is fit to race in Bahrain. “As is always the case after a significant accident, Fernando will have a routine meeting with the FIA doctors in the Formula 1 paddock on Thursday morning.” Full Story to Follow…
