Long Beach ePrix Preview
Formula E returns to Long Beach in California for round six of the championship with the aim denting the title challenges from Sebastien Buemi and the Renault e.Dams team. A well-measured drive from championship contender Lucas di Grassi was erased from the record books after the Brazilian was disqualified from his Mexico City ePrix win. With an underweight car to blame, the duel for the drivers' title has swung in the favour of Buemi and Renault e.Dams by 22 points. Whilst the Renault car has displayed a devastating turn of pace so far this season, driver errors and reliability issues have so far prevented the Franco-Swiss duo clean-sweeping the championship.
