Steiner on Haas' conservative approach

After the conclusion of practice sessions one and two on the Melbourne Street Circuit, Haas team principal Gunther Steiner has explained that there is still plenty to lose despite being a new team. The first two practice sessions of the Australian Grand Prix was, according to Steiner, problematic because of the rain and could alter their teams’ performance as there is higher chance of something going wrong over the weekend. Haas team racers Romain Grosjean and Esteban Gutierrez only completed 32 laps between the two of them as the American-based team principal stated that the risks are too high.
