Mercedes swapped drivers mechanics for 2016

Australian GP: World champion team, Mercedes has reportedly swapped the mechanics of their two drivers for the 2016 Formula 1 season, meaning Rosberg will now get Hamilton's 2015 mechanics and vice versa.  Following the ‘intelligent' move by Mercedes, Nico Rosberg ‘appreciates' the move. The team also confirmed the ‘number one' mechanic for the two drivers will also be switched for this year. 'I think this is a positive move.' Nico Rosberg said 'The title battles have been intense for the past two seasons and it's good for the wider strength of the team to move people around and not have them become focused on a single car or driver.'
