Jordan King retains Manor development role
Manor Racing has confirmed Jordan King will remain its development driver for the 2016 Formula 1 World Championship. Son of Manor co-owner Justin King, Jordan joined the team in a development role at the start of the 2015 season, though he didn't get an opportunity to drive the MR04b until the season-closing Abu Dhabi tyre test. For 2016, King will retain his role alongside his racing commitments in the GP2 Series, where he is competing with the Racing Engineering team. “Spending time trackside with the team last year was really important for me and for where I want to get to,” he said. “I saw all the processes and techniques that go into running an F1 team, plus I got a good grasp...
