Grosjean: It’s an American spirit
Romain Grosjean made a huge career decision to depart Lotus (now Renault) and become part of the all new Haas F1 project where he will be the defacto team leader. The Frenchman spoke ahead of the team's first ever Formula 1 test in Spain next week. You spent five years with Lotus F1 Team. Obviously, that time allowed you to build a comfort level with the team. How do you work to find the same level of comfort with your new employer, Haas F1 Team?
