10 Great Sauber Moments to celebrate 400 GPs
United States Grand Prix – The Sauber team will celebrate their 400th Grand Prix in Austin on Sunday. As part of their preparation for such a remarkable milestone, the team have sat down with some of their past drivers over the past two decades to pick out some of their favourite moments in Sauber overalls. Karl Wendlinger (AT, 1993-1995, 25 GPs, 11 points):
“In our first year in Formula 1 I was part of a great Sauber moment during the fourth race of the season in Imola. It was exciting as I started the race, surprisingly in P5, just behind Alain (Prost), Damon (Hill), Michael (Schumacher) and Ayrton (Senna).
