Schumacher's total care costs hit $15m as F1 legend ‘improves’ Formula 1 legend Michael Schumacher is running up care bill at $154,000 a week, with the total costs hitting $15million following a horror skiing accident that left him in a coma, according to a new report. Schumi came out of the coma six months later, and since then the full state of his condition has been kept under wraps as he continues his recovery.
