Hungarian Grand Prix – Here are all the penalties that were handed out during the Hungarian GP weekend._ Hungarian Grand Prix Penalties: Carlos Sainz – Toro Rosso. FP1. Sainz was deemed to have been speeding in the pitlane (90.4 km/h). Breach of Article 30.12 of the FIA Formula One Sporting Regulations. Toro Rosso fined 1000 euro. Sergio Perez – Force India. FP1. Perez stopped in the fast lane of the pit exit and performed a practice start. Breach of Article 12.1.1 (i) of the FIA International Sporting Code and Race Director Notes 6.1 and 6.3. Reprimand for Perez (his first of the season). Carlos Sainz – Toro Rosso. FP2. Sainz was deemed to have been speeding in...
