Kimi Raikkonen: “I don’t know exactly what happened”

Kimi Raikkonen was lost to the reasons behind his crash that saw himself and Fernando Alonso retire on the opening lap of the Austrian Grand Prix on Sunday. The Finnish driver appeared to lose control of his Scuderia Ferrari in between turns two and three, and collected Alonso’s McLaren-Honda on the way to the barriers, ending with his rival’s car on top of the front of his Ferrari. “I don’t know exactly what happened before the crash, I had some wheelspin in an unusual place,” said Raikkonen. “I was at a quite high speed, suddenly went left and end up there. “I did not see anything coming, everything happened very quickly.
