Renault brings modified engine to Spain
– Formula 1 power unit manufacturer Renault has confirmed that it will be supplying a modified engine to its teams at this weekend's Spanish Grand Prix.Renault has struggled for reliability and performance so far this season, with both Red Bull and Toro Rosso enduring persistent problems.Renault's plight is highlighted by Daniel Ricciardo heading to Barcelona on the brink of his engine allocation, but the French brand is confident of gains."The three-week gap has given us an opportunity to look at all the information from the start of the season," said Renault's Director of Operations Rémi Taffin."We have been flat out to counter the issues encountered early on and we...
