Lotus set for significant and eye-opening upgrades in Spain

Lotus F1 Team will introduce a significant bodywork upgrade package at the Spanish Grand Prix that could 'open some eyes', according to deputy team principal Federico Gastaldi. Following a miserable 2014 campaign that yielded just nine points, Lotus has made an improved start to 2015, scoring 12 points and regularly challenging inside the top ten. The new E23 Hybrid car has been the catalyst in the team's revival, with the switch to Mercedes power units proving to be an inspired decision in light of Renault's recent struggles.
