Ericsson believes seventh was possible

– Sauber driver Marcus Ericsson believes that seventh place was possible for the squad in Malaysia, had he not spun out of contention during the early stages of the race.Ericsson, who was eighth in Australia, started the race from a career-best ninth position and passed Max Verstappen on the first lap of the race, before he attempted a move on Force India rival Nico Hülkenberg around the outside of the first corner.But as Ericsson rounded the turn he lost control of the rear of his Sauber C34 and spun into the gravel, bringing out the safety car in the process."I felt comfortable in the car straight away and had a good start during which I could make up one position," he...
