Alonso admits to “very challenging moment of my career”
Fernando Alonso says he is ready to face some of his hardest challenges ever as he comes back from injury to race for McLaren-Honda this weekend. Alonso makes his belated start to F1 2015 in Sepang this weekend, after missing the season-opening Australian Grand Prix due to his testing crash in Barcelona. He says he feels underprepared for the season ahead, as Honda struggles to get on top of its new V6 hybrid turbo engine. “Many things to learn for me,” said Alonso, “(It’s a) very challenging moment of my career, and I’m ready to take it. “Happy to be here in another F1 season.
