Ferrari has rediscovered team spirit - Arrivabene
Getty Images Enlarge Team principal Maurizio Arrivabene says Ferrari has rediscovered its team spirit and motivation following a positive week of testing in Jerez. Ferrari finished three of the first four days of testing at the top of the timesheets and completed a solid 349 laps in total. At the same point last year the 2014 Ferrari was roughly four seconds slower and had only completed 251 laps of the same circuit. It went on to finish a disappointing fourth in the constructors' championship, leading to a major cull of the team's management staff and the appointment of Arrivabene at the end of the year.
