Force India confirms new VJM08 delay

Force India has confirmed its VJM08 car is unlikely to turn its first wheel in pre-season testing until the final Barcelona F1 test. Having already been forced to miss the first test in Jerez after being unable to get the new car ready in time, further delays mean the Mercedes-powered car is unlikely to appear at the second test, which starts on the 19th February.
