Kvyat is a phenomenal driver - Horner
Getty Images Enlarge Christian Horner is in no doubt Red Bull has made the right decision by promoting Daniil Kvyat from Toro Rosso next year. When Sebastian Vettel announced he would leave the team in October, Red Bull immediately announced Kvyat as his replacement rather than bringing in a more experienced driver from another team. Kvyat only has one year of F1 experience with Toro Rosso, but Horner said the successful promotion of Daniel Ricciardo this year convinced the team to put its trust in Kvyat.
