Frijns officially parts ways with Caterham
– Robin Frijns has officially split from the Caterham Formula 1 team, with his contract expiring on Monday.The Dutchman joined Caterham in a reserve role at the beginning of the year, making his first appearance in pre-season testing and going on to take part in practice sessions in Bahrain and Britain.But doubt was cast over his future at the team when it went into administration at the end of October, and he has now confirmed that they have parted ways."I'd like to say thank you and goodbye to all the people at Caterham, whom I have worked with over the past 12 months," said Frijns."I keep my fingers crossed that there will be a future for the team in Formula 1 in...
