Vettel conducts first Ferrari test at Fiorano
– Sebastian Vettel has sampled a Ferrari Formula 1 car for the first time after he got behind the wheel of the team's 2012 machine at the squad's Fiorano test track in Italy.Vettel's move to Ferrari was confirmed at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix but he was denied permission from Red Bull to drive for the team at the post-race test at Yas Marina.Vettel nonetheless attended the test with Ferrari as he convened with his new engineers in the garage.But with Vettel's Red Bull contract having expired on Friday, the German sampled a Ferrari F2012 at Fiorano on Saturday morning.Under Formula 1 regulations, teams are permitted to test two year old cars and while understanding of the 2012 model...
