Tony Fernandes is still the owner of Caterham

October 23rd, 2014 (F1Plus / Rosie Baillie) - Tony Fernandes is still the owner of the Caterham F1 team according to a statement released by Engavest SA. Engavest SA, who signed a sale and purchase agreement at the end of June, say that shares have not been transferred to them. “Engavest SA has fulfilled all the conditions precedent, including paying the purchase price for the shares,” read a statement from Engavest SA. “The shares have not been transferred and therefore Mr Fernandes remains the owner of Caterham F1 and is fully responsible for all its activities.” In a statement...
