Rosberg bemoans Maldonado crash

Nico Rosberg has bemoaned Pastor Maldonado's crash in FP2 for the Singapore Grand Prix which interrupted his flying lap on supersoft tyres. Maldonado hit the wall at Turn 10 around 45 minutes in to the session, with Rosberg having to abort his lap due to the resulting red flags. That meant Rosberg finished FP2 in 12th place and without a full lap on low fuel to his name, and he admitted he was slightly on the back foot heading in to final practice and qualifying. “It was a bit of a pity, yes, because I didn't learn quite as much as I would like to today,” Rosberg said. “[Maldonado's crash] really interrupted my quick lap and I was only able to push for the first half of the lap.
