McLaren could hold early Honda test

McLaren could test their 2015 Honda engine later this season in Abu Dhabi rather than wait for the first pre-season test at Jerez next year. Honda are set to return to Formula 1 having signed up as McLaren's new engine partner. The question is whether fans will be given a sneak preview this year or if they will have to wait until February. Earlier this week, Honda motorsport boss Yasuhisa Arai stated Honda will first run with McLaren at the opening 2015 pre-season test at Jerez.
