FIFA bans Rosberg helmet design

Nico Rosberg has been forced to change his helmet design for the German Grand Prix after FIFA banned his original one. Following Germany's World Cup victory in Brazil on Sunday, Rosberg was due to wear a special tribute helmet in his home race at Hockenheim this weekend which featured the national flag and the World Cup trophy on the top. However, FIFA has now told Rosberg he cannot use the image of the trophy because it would be a breach of intellectual property rights, forcing him to remove it from the design. As a result Rosberg will run an updated design featuring four stars; one for each World Cup title the German national team has won. Rosberg's agent Georg Nolte confirmed the change...
