Pirelli on target with degradation levels

– Formula 1 tyre supplier Pirelli is on target with its degradation levels at this weekend's Austrian Grand Prix, according to Motorsport Director Paul Hembery.Friday's practice sessions were the first time that Pirelli's PZero tyres were used at the Red Bull Ring, which has returned to the calendar following an 11-year absence.Cool conditions resulted in some graining on both the Super Soft and Soft tyre, especially at the rear, although Pirelli expects this to reduce as the weekend progresses.Hembery is anticipating drivers to need to pit twice across the 71-lap event on Sunday."We had a very green track today but despite that, wear and degradation has been low, particularly...
